“Earlier this month, a client’s land and construction loan settlement date was unexpectedly brought forward. I suddenly found myself under a lot of pressure to get the application turned around. After hitting a few roadblocks, I became increasingly concerned that I wouldn’t be able to achieve an outcome before the settlement date.

I reached out to my MoneyQuest mentor, Cheryl Winn, who was extremely supportive throughout the process. She replied to my emails instantly, even outside of business hours, and made multiple calls to the loan assessor to drive the deal forward. She even assisted with changing the structure of the loan to get it across the line. Her extensive experience in both finance and mentorship was vital throughout this challenging period. I’m incredibly grateful for all of her help. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lender products, policies, and assisting with loan scenarios, and is a great source of reassurance.

Simon Dehne was also instrumental in resolving this issue. He escalated the problem to lender management to ensure that it was addressed promptly and effectively. Eventually my client was granted unconditional approval for a land loan and was able to move forward with the construction of her dream home. Simon has 30+ years of finance experience, a wealth of industry contacts. He is always readily accessible and generous with his time.
